Claribel O. | Founder | Sr. Consultant
After graduating from the University of Florida in 2007, Claribel began a career in insurance & over the last 13 years excelled in several roles throughout the industry including a successful transition into the world of medical management.
During this time, she found she was most fascinated by the value medical practitioners bring to the process of claim and injury resolution. When providing an ethically sound second opinion, these expert providers generate trust in every aspect of the medicolegal industry, no matter which party is paying for the service. The second opinion is only as worthy as the practitioner performing the evaluation, period.
Before forming TopFlight Credentialing in 2019, Claribel worked for a Fortune 500 Company recognized national insurance carrier. Additionally, she led growth initiatives in physician recruitment for a national medical management company and served as a national operational account leader for a leading medical management and investigative services company. With more than 13 years of industry experience, she began to independently consult for medical practitioners in the medicolegal space. She is currently enlisted by small and large legal firms for her recruiting and credentialing services.
TopFlight Credentialing was born out of Claribel’s desire of doing what she loves for an industry she is knowledgeable in and values. She is determined to remain people over profit and provide solutions that make sense and make cents.
